I created the Healthy Eating Wellness Action Group as a way for busy people to work with a wellness coach for 30 days in an affordable, convenient format. I want people who are constantly on-the-go to be able to experience more health and happiness in their daily lives — even long after the program is complete.

  • Coaching - You get specific coaching to transform less-than-helpful eating habits into new, healthy eating habits.
  • Accountability - Weekly meetings, assigned tasks, and buddy calls (if you want a buddy) make you feel as if you have a wellness team in your back pocket. The entire program is designed to all but guarantee that you put everything in place to successfully reach your healthy eating goal.
  • Feedback - The Wellness Action Group structure allows you to receive supportive, confidential feedback from a wellness expert (that’s me!) and the other members from your group. Feedback and support from group members is a very powerful motivator.
  • Support – Support comes in many forms in this program.  You get it during the weekly teleclasses, by connecting with your buddy if you want a buddy, through the online discussion group, and in your personal coaching sessions with me.

  • Small Group Format - Up to ten committed group members meet weekly for one hour via telephone for four Tuesdays. Thirty minutes of additional help at the end of the class is also available for those who need more support and feedback.  To participate, all you need is a telephone. Each participant is responsible for the cost of the long distance call.
