Got Clutter?
Clutter and Disorganization May Be Taking a Bigger Toll
on You Than You Think
How many times have you felt frustrated. . .
- arguing about or defending your clutter?
- rifling through piles of paper looking for a receipt or an important document?
- shoving clutter aside to make room to set down a glass?
- cramming bags of paper and stuff into the closets, under the bed, or into the garage to make the house more presentable?
- being unable to start or finish a project because you can’t find what you need?
Clearing clutter is one of my favorite subjects, so you’ll find a lot of information on this site about how to break the clutter habit. Check out the free articles and my blog.

Taking the 21-Day Challenge course was like having a giant bicycle mirror strapped to my forehead for three weeks. Every time I reached for another Tofutti Cutie I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I loved it and hated it, but most of all, I learned from it. Taken in bite-sized pieces, mindfulness can be a wonderful thing. Thanks Cheryl! Your water-drinking, Ho-Ho-tossing friend.
